Title:
Switching to live-build dropped swap file creation on preinstalled
  images

Status in “livecd-rootfs” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Swap file creation was previously handled by livecd-rootfs. Switching
to live-build failed to migrate the swap file creation, which is
almost critical for armel platforms with less than 1G memory
  (beagleXM, iMX53, AC100, etc).
