Title:
OEM Prepare: too many "settings" icons on the desktop.

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Ubuntu OEM Desktop/Alternate installation 20111005

There are 3 'settings' icons on the desktop on the 'prepare for shipping' step of an OEM installation; 2 for 'Prepare for shipping' and 1 for 'System Settings', that's confusing.
'System Settings' and 'Prepare for shipping' should use different icons.
