Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  I was upgrading Kubuntu, and a notification indicates a problem with
  "update-manager" package and include the files in /var/log/dist-
  upgrade/ . E:Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code.
