The dialog is resizable, but without the resize grips it is quite hard
to actually resize a dialog in Ubuntu.

A change in GTK3 and VTE seems to have caused this issue. The same code
works fine with GTK2.

I am working on a fix for the download details but I haven't yet found
the right approach for the terminal details. We would need to get the
estimated size of a 80x24 terminal widget.

Bug description:
  USC shown me some error about problem with program install. I clicked “szczegóły” (details) and after that about 2 line height space is visible for those details. It's scrollable but not resizeable.
