  Update Manager and Evolution updates not installing

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  A couple of evolution related updates are listed in the update
  manager, but cannot for some reason be installed - all other updates
  come up and get installed but these two just won't. The upshot is that
  Evolution is not working at all.
