[Bug 893592] [NEW] 12.04 Server, keymap will not configure

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

I just download 12.04 server, date 2011-11-22 and try to install it in a
VM.

The first problem I got was with the keyboard set, I did set the
keyboard as Swedish before start the installation but it will start with
American English. FYI: The language was set to English.

The interesting thing is that I do get this problem almost every time I try to test a future new release...  it keeps coming back...
Come on guys, you must have people there that uses English as language and some other keyboard layout like Swedish, German, Portuguese, etc.

Than I try to continuous the installation but it failed when I try to select Open SSH and Apache Tomcat to be installed...
I try to install it again and I did not select any packages to be installed this time, it did work and it finished the installation.

After i reboot the system the keyboard was correct set.
