Is the package "ubuntu-extras-keyring" installed? There has to be something wrong on your machine, because I don't get this error. (and everyone would have it, if it was a server-side broken signature)
Maybe the extras-keyring maintainers know more. Please don't install a package from extras until you know it's safe, just to be sure. (There is only a very small change that someone manipulated your machine, but this issue looks very weird, at least to me. - But I'm not an expert on this.)
