Partition disks step shows no physical disks the first time it is
activated

When installing Ubuntu 11.11 on a server using a kickstart file the
"[!!] Partition Disks" step loads up with the only option being
"Configure ISCSI Volumes", if I select 'go back' and then select
'Partition Disks' from the 'Ubuntu Installer Main Menu' it presents me
with the normal dialog for continuing to configure the disks.
