Public bug reported:

I have just installed Oneiric on my new laptop. This involved resizing
the existing Windows partition to make space for ubuntu. This took more
than 30 min and all i had was a "Spining wheel" in the mouse cursor. It
would be nice to have a progress bad, but if parsing the output of the
command line tools that do the work is hard I will be happy enough with
having a text that says "Resizing partitions" or something like that, to
help the user see things are not dead (Ok, i switched to a shell by
Alt+f1 and started top to see what was going on, but i don't see my
father doing that)

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
