[Bug 893076] [NEW] Upgrade to Ubuntu 10.04 from Karmic 64 bit fails

failure message asked for files in /var/log/dist-upgrade.   They are
attached.

During upgrade, problems with the nvidia driver and x.org were found.
This could be due to having the downloadable nvidia driver installed,
rather than the packaged one.
