[Bug 892903] [NEW] encrypted LVM install fails with "unsafe swap space detected"

Public bug reported:

Precise, Ubuntu-server AMD64, under KVM virtIO. Installing the ISO as a
encrypted LVM (whole disk) fails with "unsafe space detected".
Nevertheless, the single swap space created is under the encrypted LVM
space.

Tested with the 20111115 ISO, while trying to reproduce another issue
(3.2 kernel loops with error messages after mounting a whole-disk
encrypted LVM, still to open a bug on it).

** Affects: partman-base (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
