Bug description:
  Binary package hint: manpages

  The manpages-dev in gutsy and libnuma-dev packages both contain the
  file 'usr/share/man/man2/get_mempolicy.2.gz'

  This can cause upgrade errors from feisty. I am in the process of
  checking to see if the man pages are the same, or if there should be a
  diversion by one of the packages.
