  When an error occurs during updates, Update Manager pops up an error
  window that can fit barely two lines of text (see screenshot).
  
- This is similar to bug 739647, but that one is assigned to aptdaemon,
- and this one is in update-manager (xprop of the window gave me the PID
- of the process, which was python /usr/bin/update-manager, which is part
- of the update-manager package and contains gtkbuilder files like
- /usr/share/update-manager/gtkbuilder/dialog_error.ui)
