Hi Aslam, thanks for your report! This has already been reported and is
being tracked over at bug 887392, so I've marked this one as a duplicate
of that one. If you check that bug, you'll see that kiwinote has fixed
this one and the fix has just been released. It will be available to you
as soon as it hits the archive.

Bug description:
  Software center failed to open after the latest update (5.1.1).  Launcher button spins and stops but nothing happens.
  when tried through terminal this is the result
