Title:
ucf debconf dialog should include the full path name

Status in “ucf” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
On upgrade from oneiric to precise, I was given a ucf prompt asking me
what I want to do with the file "50-default.conf". There is not
enough context here to know what file it's talking about. The debconf
prompt should really list the full path to the config file for
  context.

(The file in question was /etc/rsyslog.d/50-default.conf, but I
wouldn't have known that if I hadn't either peeked at the upgrade
terminal or picked one of the options that shows me a diff.)
