Try running this to clear the problem:

sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/ubuntu.mirror.cambrium
.nl_ubuntu_dists_oneiric_universe_binary-i386_Packages

  occurred while processing python-joblib (NewVersion1), E:Problem with

  munmap, E:The package lists or status file could not be parsed or
  opened.'
