[Bug 886567] [NEW] Everything is "new"

Public bug reported:

Every time I update the package list in aptitude, it shows me 19877 new
packages. A second update (letter "u"), and we have 39626 new packages.
A third update don't increase the value.

$ lsb_release -rd
