Bug description:
  Ubuntu Software Center 5.0.2, Ubuntu 11.10

  0. Switch to a user account that's using an RTL language, such as Arabic.
  1. Launch USC.

  What you see: In the What's New and Top Rated sections, the "More"
  buttons have an indistinct left edge and no chevron on their right
  edge.

  What you should see: The left edge matches the rest of the box, and
  the right edge has a < chevron.
