  Software Center is not opening on 11.10 after update from 11.04

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  I upgraded from 11.04 to 11.10. Now "Ubuntu software center" is not
  opening.

  When I tried to open it through console, i got below
