Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  I've been able to replicate on several computers and several
  installation mediums, even though I choose Detroit, MI (I've also
  tried the default detected New York), my locale is set to en_CA, and
  my apt mirror is set to ca.archive.ubuntu.com.
