Binary package hint: dpkg
During Ubuntu upgrade from 10.04 to 10.10 power failed. After this,
any attempt to retry upgrade run successfully, but at the moment of
new package installation many packages report "failed to
install/upgrade: ErrorMessage: package XXXXXX is already installed and
configured" version remains 10.04 even if the packages report to be
already installed.
