Title:
wrong language in "applying changes" window

Status in Ubuntu Translations:
  New
Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

The language when "applying changes" is Norwegian.
My Language&Text settings have the "language for menus and windows" set to English (so everything else is English)
My "display numbers, dates & currency" format is set to "Norsk, Bokmål"

As you see, I just wish for Norwegian number formatting, paper size
and so on, the update-manager somehow uses that and speaks Norwegian
  :)
