Thanks for your report.

Could you please describe what you'd like to do? According to your
description you're trying to upgrade the release, but you're already
running the latest stable release.

If you want to update the packages for the release you are running, you
can start update-manager, click on 'check', then 'install' if there's
anything to update.

  i have no files in /var/log/dist-upgrade/
