Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

  I'm not entirely sure that this is where I should file this as I'm
  using the ~udt-developers/daily PPA...

  Since installing  0.124~daily+bzr1093~natty1 on natty, pull-debian-
  source fails claiming (incorrectly) that liburi-perl is not installed.

  
  $ pull-debian-source atanks
  Request failed: install the liburi-perl package and try again.
