  Binary package hint: aptdaemon

  I want to install a geo programm for example, so i hit : 
  sudo apt-get install geotranz

  then, it tells me that another programm is running, using
  /var/lib/dpkg/lock

  Then, when I suddenly can install a file, it shows me a panel in gey,
  with EULA terms, with a <Ok> at the end of the line, but i cant hit a
  thing, and i can't do anything.
