[Bug 803246] [NEW] di syslog lines truncated

Public bug reported:

pxe netboot installer, I was looking at syslog and noticed the kernel
params are truncated.  The params did get though because they are having
the expected effect and the whole line shows up in dmesg.  Not a huge
problem, it makes debugging annoying.
