There is a fix in the package for oneiric, but there is no associatd lp
bug #, so I assume it wasn't going to be SRUd.  Not SRUing it will
prevent chroots on an oneiric host (as when debootstraping an older
release on oneiric) from installing eglibc.

  When, on an oneiric system, I run

      debootstrap --components=main,universe natty natty

  I get:

     W: Failure trying to run: chroot /root/natty dpkg --force-depends
  --install /var/cache/apt/archives/libc6_2.13-0ubuntu13_amd64.deb
