  double clicking below rating starts installing payed app and report

Bug description:
  steps to reproduce:

  1. open apps for purchase category
  2. click on some app, which is not payed (there still list, but one entry has focus)
  3. double click bellow rating and start
  4. it shows dialog with installing and then report error about failure
