Sorry for the delay.  Unfortunately I will be away again until Sunday
July 3rd.  Please do the following and I will be sure to check up on
this again when I return.

1)  Post the output of:
apt-cache policy xserver-xorg-video-intel

2)  Try the upgrade again and when it fails, attach the apt.log and
main.log from under the directory /var/log/dist-upgrade.

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  When upgrading i'm getting the following error:

  An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade:
  E:Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be
  caused by held packages.

  This can be caused by:
  * Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
  * Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
  * Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu
