[Bug 801197] [NEW] Add custom desktop key for USC-specific display names

Public bug reported:

I'm the maintainer of Deja Dup. And for this 11.10 cycle, I've renamed
how Deja Dup presents itself in the UI to be more "invisible".
Specifically, I've changed its menu entry to "Backup" instead of "Deja
Dup Backup Tool".

But now, in USC, it shows up as merely "Backup". In the USC context, I
think it makes sense to be more verbose, since one wants a user to know
which backup program they are looking at among all the apps in the
Center.

But once installed, it matters less. The UI will likely only ever
present one Backup program, just as it usually presents one Terminal or
one Calculator.

So there is a use case for separate names in USC and once installed.
Could a key like X-Ubuntu-Software-Center-Name be added?
