Title:
  dist update problem on kubuntu from version 10.10 to 11.04.

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  in /var/log/dist-update/main.log are many errors like:
  2011-05-12 04:07:08,334 DEBUG running doUpdate() (showErrors=True)
  2011-05-12 04:07:14,454 ERROR incorrect translation for ngettext message '%li second' plural: '%li seconds' to 'sekunda' (wrong number of arguments)

  and next:
  Dist-upgrade failed with something like E:Chyba, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve. (i have this messages in slovak language)
