Bug description:
  Binary package hint: grub2

  Installing failed, while I was trying to overwrite (first uninstalled,
  then reinstalled on Natty) boot sector of another disk (including
  partition with Maverick and its GRUB2 installation) to update to
  Natty's GRUB2 version. Synaptic stood still while it said something
  like "Generating new configuration file in /boot/grub/grub.cfg" in the
  integrated terminal. It was frozen. Just rebooted system and the error
  report window appeared. Then I started the update-manager and did an
  update, installation of GRUB2 got finished, everything is ok now.
