Title:
'Encrypt My Home Folder' is still an option when upgrading/not
  reformatting

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

NattyB1 x86_32 LiveCD. Had to do a mishmash downgrade/upgrade (good
  mobo died, went from 64-bit C2E to 32-bit P4) so I reformatted my /
  overwriting 10.10 x64 with 11.04B1 x86. Of course, my /home/ was
separate & encrypted & I didn't reformat. Usually "Encrypt my home
directory" is greyed out but it was still active. Someone should fix
or re-add the ecryptfs check. Labeling as a security vulnerability
because someone might mistakenly start writing directly to /home/ w/o
  going through ecryptfs.
