Title:
  update-manager crashed with                      Depends in
  _run_in_dialog(): gnome-accessibility-themes (>= 2.30) but it is not
  installed

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  I can not install gnome-accessibility-themes or its dependent packages. The update manager notifies me about this packages to be installed but can not install. When I try to install it via Ubuntu Software Center, it tries to repair the package catalogue, however, it fails to do so and returns a warning "Package operation failed. The installation or removal of the software package failed. -- Unpacking gnome-accessibility-themes (from .../gnome-accessibility-themes_3.0.0-0ubuntu1~build2_all.deb) ...
  dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/gnome-accessibility-themes_3.0.0-0ubuntu1~build2_all.deb (--unpack):
   trying to overwrite '/usr/share/themes/HighContrastInverse/index.theme', which is also in package gnome-themes-standard 3.0.0-1~~build1
  No apport report written because MaxReports is reached already
  dpkg-deb: error: subprocess paste was killed by signal (Broken pipe)
  Errors were encountered while processing:
   /var/cache/apt/archives/gnome-accessibility-themes_3.0.0-0ubuntu1~build2_all.deb
  dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of gnome-accessibility:
   gnome-accessibility depends on gnome-accessibility-themes (>= 2.30); however:
    Package gnome-accessibility-themes is not installed.

  "
  When I try to install these packages via Update Manager, it warns me to disable third party repositories and run "apt-get install -f" from terminal. When I attempt to disable those packages, the update manager closes unexpectedly.
