Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. Development releases regularly do not fit into the 700MB
limit, this will be sorted out during the release cycle and is mentioned
in the release notes[1]: "This release is for developers only. Most of
these images are oversize;" It is therefore not necessary to report it
as a bug.

Please continue to report any other bugs you may find.
