Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

  when changes are applied after download of packages, normal system working is interrupted due to
  flashing of blank windows  a couple of times (may be for each dependent package) with the title 'debconf on hostname'

  this behaviour is noticed only after ubuntu 11
