Bug description:
Some plugins need extra Python modules to be installed (examples: bzr-
git and bzr-fastimport). However, there's currently no way of doing
so with standa-lone Windows installations of Bazaar, because the
PYTHONPATH used by the stand-alone Bazaar includes only the
  library.zip file.

Please add a feature whereby some additional directory is available
where one could install extra Python modules. One possibility to
  implement this was mention in
  https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/bazaar/2011q1/071810.html
