  Include a reduced geonames dump on the CD

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  Problem:
  Type 'London' in the timezone box when there isn't an internet connection.  You wont get any results because the entry is actually 'United Kingdom'.

  We can solve this by providing aliases for this case and any others we
  uncover, or we can generate a reduced dump of http://geoname-
  lookup.ubuntu.com/ for inclusion on the CD, to be used when there
  isn't an active Internet connection.
