A no-change rebuild will fix this for Liferea, but it also needs a port
to libnotify 0.7 to build again. See bug #794010. Both bugs should be
fixed at the same time with the attached debdiff.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  NetworkManager 0.9 uses different status numbers to indicate whether
  it is connected or not.  update-manager needs to support the new
  numbers.
