Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubiquity

Ubiquity reported a crash during the "Removing Packages" stage of the
install and provided the link to file a bug here. I'm installing on a
HP DV7 with an Intel Centrino processor and an ATI Raedon Graphics Card.
I dual boot Windows 7 and am attempting to reformat an earlier Ubuntu
install over two partitions, '/' and '/home'.

Launchpad will only allow one attachment so I've attached var-log-
syslog. I'll see if I can attach var-log-partman in a comment below.

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
