Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: man-db

I am not yet sufficiently familiar with Linux to answer this question
with confidence! The package man-db failed to install when I was
downloading new software and the error was reported. I think this means
that the bug is in the packaging? Sorry I can't be of more explicit
help.
