yeah we really need this Option. Kubuntu has it the last years in kpackagekit and there wasnt any user interaktion needed in this time. just for software that was new installed. So there is no problem. it should not be that hard to do.
the reallity is, that normal users just close the upgrade dialog (on windows too). because "its stupid and nobody understand what it is" thats why my sister is on chrome 7 or 8? minitube wont work because its to old but she do not unterstand why she needs an upgrade. so please, really really please. add an Option for this

Title:
Feature Request: Install all updates without confirmation.
Status in “software-properties” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
In the Software Sources under Updates and Automatic updates, it would
be nice to have a feature to install all updates without confirmation,
not just security updates.
This would be nice in a school or corporate environment or on
grandma's computer where you don't wan't the users to have admin
access, but you don't want to go around yourself and preform the
updates.
