[Bug 17092] Re: Consistent terminology: "Locked" vs "Pinned"

Is this still an issue? I do not see a Locked menu item, nor can I find
the string Locked as a menuitem in the code. Could anyone please give
some more details on where to look for the inconsistent strings?

Bug description:
  The filter uses pinned, but the menu item uses Locked. Both have issues:
  Pinned: What is pinned?
  Locked: Does this mean I can't use the program?
