[Bug 791411] [NEW] Cannot click on recommendations when another app i "always on top"

Binary package hint: software-center

Software centre often says "Welcome back! There are n new
recommendations for you." part of this is underlined, and clickable (it
links to the "n new recommendations".

Set a window to be "always on top", e.g. totem or nautilus, and then
open software centre. The software centre can be navigated as usual (and
website links are clickable), however the "n new recommendations" is un-
clickable.
