Hello Brian,

Having upgraded to Ubuntu 11.04 without any snags on my netbook and my
main PC, this has probably gone away.  Apologies for not getting back to
you sooner with a sensible response.

Best Regards,

George Snelling

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping and helping
to make Ubuntu better. Unfortunately, the package installation log
attached to this bug report does not contain any useful information this
is likely because your root filesystem is full.  This is probably why
the package failed to install.  However, could you check your system for
a non-empty /var/log/apt/term.log and attach it to the report?  Please
set the status back to New if you do. Thanks in advance.

[This is an automated message.  I apologize if it reached you
inappropriately; please just reply to this message indicating so.]

I was running Ubuntu 10.10 from a USB stick before deciding whether to
install it or not on my XP HP netbook.  I had managed to set the time
but not the weather.  I had also managed to see my Iomega NAS without
needing any special software which was nice.  I had not been able to
install the Broadcom wireless card driver but guess this needs to be
written to a Linux partition on my harddisk which I haven't set up
