hi. please take a look at the attached photograph of my monitor when the 
system try to start up and the panic occur. at this point the 
keyboard's led flashes.

Can you attach the content of /var/lib/dpkg/triggers/ and
/var/lib/dpkg/status to this bug report? it looks like something got
corrupted because dpkg-dev and dpkg-repack do not register any trigger.

Did you install some unofficial packages or have any idea what could
have lead to this problem?

The precise error is:
