Public bug reported:

In Ubuntu 11.10 as I've installed it on my netbook, when installing
language packs the "Skip" button appears behind the disclosure widget.
You need to click on the triangle to see the Skip button.

Considering it's just one button, it might make the UI less cluttered to
just put the button outside the disclosure. It would also make it easier
to find. As it is currently, a new user might not realise that you can
skip the language pack download, and might wait twenty minutes or so
just for some languages they'll never use to be downloaded.

Perhaps the disclosure widget only appears on small screen computers,
but I haven't remembered seeing it at all in the past.

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
