Title:
installing firefox in kubuntu results in infinite loop

Status in “apt” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
I clicked on firefox installer in kubuntu and the installation failed
on 99% (with label "installing ubufox) and did nothing. I killed it
and then restarted (again by click on firefox installer in the menu)
  and then it was OK.

Similar error I got when installing plasma-widget-networkmanagement.
