Thanks for reporting this bug and any supporting documentation. Since
this bug has enough information provided for a developer to begin work,
I'm going to mark it as confirmed and let them handle it from here.

I can confirm this issue using both Ubuntu and Xubuntu Desktop images. I
use all static IP addresses, and every installation using the Oneiric
Ocelot Desktop images, I see this warning. I did not realize it was
happening regardless of network connection.

Bug description:
  When installing Oneiric on a virtualbox, whit or whitout network
  conecction, it says;

  That name already exist on the network.

  This is not true, and if you jump to the next box it just disregards
  the message.

  It would be really confusing for users if they find this when
  installing.
