Title:
Kubuntu 10.04 LTS Installer crashed by "Erase and .... entire disk"

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

After a broken upgrade from Kubuntu Karmic to Kubuntu Lucid I tried to do a new install.
I have 2 raid volumes md0 and md1 and another disk on which I normally install the operating system.

On the installation process when doing the disk setup I am choosing "Erase and use the entire disk"
Then in the drop down box the 3 disk is the one I want to use for the install and as soon as I select the disk I am getting the a window with the heading "Installer Crashed"
  Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "/usr/lib/ubiquity/ubiquity/frontend/kde_components/PartAuto.py", line 259, in on_extra_combo_changed
      self.extra_bar_frames[index].setVisible(True)
IndexError: list index out of range

  Regards Adriaan
